Senior Specialist, Clinical Education THV AR

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Specialist, Clinical Education THV AR to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role focuses on delivering hands-on clinical education and in-procedure support for medical teams during complex structural heart cases. The specialist will partner closely with clinicians, procedural staff, and internal product development teams to improve education, capture field insights, and support successful clinical trial execution. Strong clinical expertise, a teaching mindset, and comfort working in fast-paced interventional environments are essential. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,000 – $190,000 annually Responsibilities Provide on-site, real-time guidance during clinical trial implants Educate on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques Document procedural case observations for post-procedural insights Develop and improve training curriculum and materials based on clinical trial experience Conduct one-on-one and structured education programs for medical staff Track clinical trial device inventory and manage shipments Collaborate with product development teams for device feedback Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of clinical experience in intra-operative procedures (RN, RT, ORT, RCIS) or equivalent Ability to travel up to 75% Certification in RDCS (ARDMS) preferred Experience in interventional cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery is a plus Moderate understanding of medical device regulatory requirements Benefits Competitive salaries and performance-based incentives Wide variety of benefits programs for employees and families Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
