Senior Special Operations Integration Advisor

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Location: Episodic educational events delivered worldwide, including CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM

Responsibilities

• Deliver episodic SOF staff development and operational planning courses across CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM.
• Teach tactical and theater-level planning, organization, and joint asset integration.
• Advise on integrating ground force operations with insertion platforms, including underwater and diving, air free-fall, static-line, and helicopter insertion.
• Provide expertise on integrating intelligence, ISR, counter-IED, and counter-UAV capabilities in support of special operations missions.
• Mentor participants using experience as a ground force commander or senior enlisted leader.

Requirements

• Minimum of twenty years of Special Operations Forces experience in Naval Special Warfare SEALs, MARSOC, or Air Force Special Operations, including Pararescuemen and Combat Control Teams.
• Experience as a ground force commander or senior enlisted ground force commander.
• Prior Theater Special Operations Command staff experience.
• Strong understanding of operational preparation of the environment and full-spectrum joint integration.

Qualifications

• Combat deployment experience in support of special operations missions.
• Advanced joint or combined qualifications.
• Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance or ability to obtain.
