- Maintain accurate sourcing and procurement information, track actions, follow up with stakeholders and suppliers, and drive commitments through completion.
- Serve as a trusted sourcing advisor to business, construction, engineering, technology, and project leadership.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a strategic sourcing professional who understands that procurement decisions can directly impact the successful delivery of complex data center construction projects. You should be comfortable working with construction schedules, long‑lead equipment, supplier capacity constraints, commercial risk, competitive sourcing, and complex contract negotiations. Experience negotiating MSAs, service agreements, and SOWs is particularly important. Financial services experience is strongly preferred because of the unique infrastructure requirements associated with highly regulated, business‑critical technology environments, including resiliency, redundancy, security, availability, and business continuity. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, work independently, manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and serve as a trusted resource for sourcing and procurement matters.
