About the role
This role is part of a fast-paced Talent Acquisition organization supporting rapid organizational growth. The Senior Sourcing Specialist will build and scale top-of-funnel talent pipelines across technical and operational hiring.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of passive talent across technical and operational functions
- Conduct targeted sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels
- Develop talent maps and competitor research for critical hiring areas
- Partner closely with recruiters to prioritize requisitions and build sourcing strategy for key roles
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates
- Identify and nurture silver medalist and evergreen candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate data, source tracking, and pipeline activity within Ashby ATSS
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives and broaden talent market reach
- Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing conversion rates, response rates, and outreach effectiveness
- Collaborate with Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition leadership to improve sourcing workflows and reporting
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent intelligence experience
- Experience sourcing for technical, infrastructure, data center, engineering, and operational roles
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing methodologies
- Strong sourcing analytics mindset, including tracking outreach effectiveness and conversion rates
- Excellent written communication and candidate engagement skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working within an ATS; Ashby experience is a plus
- Strong research and talent mapping capabilities
- Metrics-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Compensation range: $70,000 - $85,000 + Quarterly Variable Bonus
- Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws
