Our client is building the world’s first direct-to-satellite Bluetooth network — enabling off-the-shelf BLE devices to connect directly to satellites without gateways or specialized infrastructure. Requirements

5+ years of technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience.

Proven success sourcing passive engineering talent.

Experience recruiting for one or more of the following: Embedded Systems Firmware Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering RF/Wireless Communications Hardware Engineering Software Engineering

Strong talent mapping and market research skills.

Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.

Experience with modern sourcing platforms (SeekOut, HireEZ, Gem, Juicebox, etc.).

Strong written communication skills and highly personalized candidate outreach.

Naturally curious, persistent, and highly organized.

Experience using AI to improve sourcing workflows and recruiting efficiency.

Qualifications

Nice to Have:

• Aerospace, satellite, robotics, semiconductor, or deep-tech recruiting experience.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience building sourcing playbooks or talent intelligence frameworks.
• Participation in engineering communities, conferences, or technical networking events.
