About the role
Hubble Network is looking for an experienced Senior Sourcer who loves the hunt. This role is designed for someone who gets excited about finding the engineer no one else can find, enjoys uncovering talent long before a position officially opens, and views sourcing as both an art and a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for Hubble's most challenging technical positions.
- Build talent maps and competitive intelligence across aerospace, hardware, embedded systems, firmware, RF, wireless communications, software engineering, product, and operations.
- Identify exceptional passive candidates before hiring needs arise and build long-term candidate relationships that support both current and future hiring.
- Experience recruiting passive candidates who are the experts in their field.
- Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and hiring manager relationships.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical skillsets, market dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Create and maintain healthy sourcing pipelines across multiple business functions.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns that generate meaningful candidate engagement.
- Provide market insights around talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring landscapes.
- Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing productivity, talent mapping, outreach personalization, and market research.
- Partner closely with the Senior Sourcing & Talent Partner throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing activity within Greenhouse.
- Deliver a thoughtful, responsive, and high-quality candidate experience during early engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting passive candidates who are the experts in their field.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and hiring manager relationships.
- Experience in progressive startup or technical space recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market.
- Proven success sourcing passive engineering talent.
- Experience recruiting for one or more of the following: Embedded Systems, Firmware, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, RF/Wireless Communications, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering.
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
- Experience with modern sourcing platforms (SeekOut, HireEZ, Gem, Juicebox, etc.).
- Strong written communication skills and highly personalized candidate outreach.
- Comfortable partnering directly with engineering leaders on difficult searches.
- Naturally curious, persistent, and highly organized.
- Experience using AI to improve sourcing workflows and recruiting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Aerospace, satellite, robotics, semiconductor, or deep-tech recruiting experience.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
- Experience building sourcing playbooks or talent intelligence frameworks.
- Participation in engineering communities, conferences, or technical networking events.

- Proactive pipelines exist for Hubble's highest-priority technical skillsets before requisitions open.
- Hubble develops a strong reputation within key engineering talent communities.
- Passive candidate response rates consistently exceed industry benchmarks.
- Hiring managers receive qualified candidate pipelines significantly faster than historical timelines.
- Talent mapping and competitive intelligence become a core advantage for the recruiting team.
- Hubble's recruiting efforts become increasingly proactive rather than reactive.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $170,000 (Final compensation is determined by experience level, technical depth, and interview performance).
