Senior Solutions Engineer | West Coast | Remote

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing team focused on solving technical and customer challenges
• Articulate the company’s value proposition and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagements to effectively close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Communicate proactively with customers to provide feedback on products
• Drive product discussions based on insights gained from customer interactions
• Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in Metrics/Monitoring
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills due to diverse and complex job duties
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for collaboration with remote teams and customers
• Technical mindset with a desire for continuous growth and problem-solving
• Self-motivated and creative, able to overcome challenges and bring unique contributions

Pay

$204,000 – $254,000 annually
