Senior Solutions Engineer - Financial Services

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer - Financial Services to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own the technical sales journey for financial services customers, from early discovery through post-sales support. The position will partner closely with account teams and internal stakeholders to shape solution strategy, demonstrate value, and help customers identify new use cases for the company's technology. The successful candidate will translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes, advocate for customer needs, and represent the organization in customer-facing and public settings. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $171,000 – $215,000 annually Responsibilities Own the technical sales process from introduction through post-sales Support customers in discovering new use cases for the company's technology Design tailored solutions based on customer needs using the company's technologies Demonstrate products in a compelling manner that encourages customer engagement Collaborate with Account Managers to illustrate solution value Present the product vision to inspire and elevate customer expectations Advocate for customer needs with internal teams and participate in public engagements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years in pre-sales roles targeting business leaders and technical champions Passion for technology's impact on organizations Ability to present technical information clearly Familiarity with Big Data and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with data governance and Unix/Linux systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Generous PTO policy Flexible work-from-home policy Support for work-life balance Mental and physical wellness programs Phone and internet reimbursement Access to continued career development opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
