Senior Solutions Architect- West Coast

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the development of recommendations in early engagements to drive value at enterprise scale
• Suggest changes extending beyond platform adjustments to include workflow and process redesign
• Design comprehensive solutions that align human and AI collaborations based on existing workflows
• Identify and improve agentic workflows, ensuring reliable operational handoffs in production
• Manage organizational complexities to build alliances and navigate stakeholder priorities effectively
• Create reusable solution templates and reference architectures to broaden impact across engagements
• Remain actively involved during delivery, adapting designs as project realities shift and ensuring accountability

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation, particularly at VP and C-suite levels
• Background in business process transformation, leading organizational change beyond software deployment
• Experience in professional services or management consulting, delivering on statements of work and being accountable for results
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs
• Ability to perceive unspoken customer needs and provide actionable insights beyond mere options
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale environments involving thousands of users and complex compliance requirements
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools for various tasks including solution design and automation logic prototyping
