This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Engage with industry teams to understand customer goals and technical requirements
- Document knowledge through various mediums including whitepapers, blogs, and documentation
- Lead initiatives integrating the company technology into manufacturing-related AI applications
- Strategically partner with key customers and industry partners for tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions
Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in robotics, humanoids, AI, and associated software development
- Familiarity with application deployment using Docker/Containers and Kubernetes
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and architectures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
- Experience in technical customer engagement and support
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills for handling complex projects
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay
$184,000 – $356,500 annually
