  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive partner success and grow AWS healthcare adoption
  • Identify gaps in AWS products and services relevant to healthcare, gather customer feedback, and translate it into clear requirements for product and engineering teams
  • Serve as technical liaison between customers, partners, service engineering teams, and support to resolve complex technical problems

Qualifications

  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
  • 7+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • Hands-on experience with Epic EHR systems, including architecture, deployment, or operational support of Epic environments (production, alternate production, integrated real-time (IRE), or disaster recovery)
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in healthcare applications and infrastructures
  • Demonstrated hands-on building capability: experience creating prototypes, proofs of concept, or deploying solutions in customer or partner environments
