Senior Solutions Architect, Gen AI

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical mentorship on the company GenAI stack for partners and customers
• Build demonstrations and POCs to address critical customer business needs
• Educate customers on new the company GenAI technologies through workshops
• Prepare and deliver technical training presentations
• Create collateral focused on industry use-cases
• Collaborate with the company teams to secure design wins and gather feedback for product features

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in a technical AI role emphasizing Gen AI
• Proficient in model architectures and computational complexities
• Proven track record of deploying and optimizing LLM models for production inference
• Expertise in training and fine-tuning LLMs using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers
• Solid understanding of GPU cluster architecture with parallel processing capabilities
• Experience with basic DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Linux Command Line, Shell
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for diverse audiences

Pay

$184,000 – $287,500 annually
