Senior Solutions Architect, Automotive & Manufacturing

About the role

As a Global Solutions Architect (SA), you will develop the technology strategy for one of our largest global enterprise customers. You will interface with senior executive leaders and cloud architects to build relationships and enable them as cloud advocates. You will help design advanced cloud-based solutions, implement leading-edge technologies, adopt cloud best practice designs, and migrate existing enterprise workloads to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Interface with senior executive leaders and cloud architects to build relationships and enable them as cloud advocates.
• Help the customer design advanced cloud-based solutions, implement leading-edge technologies, adopt cloud best practice designs, and migrate existing enterprise workloads to the cloud.
• Partner with various AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that solve customer business problems, build mindshare, and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.
• Drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth across a wide portfolio of technologies.
• Think strategically about business challenges and articulate technical solutions to solve those problems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with end user or developer communities.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers.
• Experience designing, building, or architecting AI-powered and agentic solutions, including large language model (LLM) integrations, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and/or AI workflow automation at enterprise scale.

Pay

$153,600.00 - $207,800.00 USD annually

Schedule

Open to traveling 25% domestically with some international.
