Senior Solutions Architect, Automotive and Manufacturing

About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. This role involves developing technology strategies for large enterprise customers in the Automotive and Manufacturing industry, interfacing with senior executives, and designing advanced cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience working with end user or developer communities
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience with hands-on building of GenAI-based solutions or architectures

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• Experience working with or having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience
