Senior Solutions Architect - AI/ML - Services Delivery

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert on the company for AI/ML workloads
• Collaborate with customers to architect tailored solutions
• Build and deploy AI and ML pipelines using company features
• Create proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase implementation techniques
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to empower customers
• Stay updated on competitor technologies in the AI/ML space
• Provide support in resolving customer-specific technical challenges

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales/post-sales technical roles with customer-facing experience
• Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
• Deep understanding of generative AI lifecycles and strategies
• Comprehensive knowledge of the ML lifecycle and associated methodologies
• Familiarity with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficient in AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Databricks)
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages SQL and Python (or Java/Scala)

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
