Senior Solution Engineer - Retail, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to assess their business needs in retail and manufacturing
• Facilitate scoping workshops covering process mapping and technical overviews
• Deliver narrative-driven and technical demonstrations of the company solutions
• Support enterprise architecture discussions with technical stakeholders
• Create detailed technical scoping documents for proposals
• Stay informed on agentic AI technologies and offer strategic recommendations
• Present commercial and technical information clearly to customers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI Solution Engineering experience in mid-market and enterprise businesses
• Background in data analytics, digital or SaaS industries, or retail/manufacturing
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration for product launches and sales strategies
• Skilled in facilitating discovery workshops and technical product demonstrations
• Proficient in guiding customers through complex change management programs
• Familiarity with retail and supply chain environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced AI-driven business
