Senior Solution Engineer

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Present the company technology and vision to executives and technical teams
• Demonstrate the company’s value throughout sales cycles, from demos to implementation
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive technologies
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams for product improvement
• Support enterprise Proof of Concepts with hands-on engagement

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of industry experience, including 5 years in pre-sales
• Exceptional presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Broad experience in large-scale Database/Data Warehouse tech, ETL, analytics, and cloud solutions
• Hands-on skills with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python
• Ability to connect customer business challenges with the company solutions
• Experience in deep discovery of customer's architecture and the company integration
• University degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics; advanced degrees preferred
• Experience with Global System Integrators (GSIs) preferred, but not mandatory

Pay

$135,000 – $160,000 annually
