Senior Solution Engineer

About the role

The Solution Engineer will lead technical requirement gathering and solutioning for customer use cases. The work includes provision of tools, resources, and ensuring alignment with customer needs, leading the customer use case intake process, coordinating with technical teams to develop solutions, managing the pipeline intake, facilitating solutioning workshops, identifying opportunities for new or enhanced services, tracking and reporting on intake metrics, and collaborating with the customer success team.

Responsibilities

• Provision tools, resources, and ensure alignment with customer needs
• Lead the customer use case intake process, working with customers to understand their requirements and objectives
• Cook up solutions for customer needs, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible and align with the System's capabilities
• Manage the pipeline intake, prioritizing and scheduling new use cases based on organizational priorities and resource availability
• Develop and maintain intake process documentation and templates
• Facilitate solutioning workshops with customers and technical teams
• Work with the service catalog manager to identify opportunities for new or enhanced services based on recurring customer needs
• Track and report on intake metrics, including volume, cycle time, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth handoff of new use cases for implementation
• Stay informed about the System's capabilities and roadmap to effectively guide customers during the intake process

Requirements

• Advanced Degree: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
• Equivalent Training: Completion of 4-11-C22 (CP)4-11-C23 Systems Requirements Planner (Advanced) Playlist
• Professional Certification: Holding SecurityX / CASP+, GCSA, GSLC
• 8 years of experience gathering technical requirements, solutioning, and managing customer cases in technical enterprise settings
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and mission needs into feasible technical solutions, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful end-to-end solution delivery
• Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

Pay

The base pay range for this position in the specified locations is $106,300—$221,100 USD.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is typically full-time, with occasional travel to client sites.
