Senior Solution Architect (US/Canada)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solution Architect (US/Canada) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. In this remote role, you will partner closely with customers, account teams, and internal product stakeholders to shape technical solutions that support successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You will lead workshops, run proof-of-concept efforts, and translate customer needs into practical implementation guidance. This position blends pre-sales support, solution design, and customer enablement with a strong focus on collaboration and clear communication. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead customized onboarding workshops for customers Build relationships with technical and product stakeholders Demonstrate new features to meet customer needs Collaborate with account managers to explore expansion opportunities Support new account sales with workshops and proof of concept Create resources to help customers implement features Work with internal teams to prioritize customer requests Qualifications 3-5 years of software development experience Advanced knowledge in React, Vue, Angular, or Astro Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS integrations Experience with headless CMS or ecommerce implementations Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to develop solutions collaboratively Organizational skills and strong attention to detail Benefits A highly-skilled and supportive team environment Flexible and trust-based work culture Diverse global team of colleagues and customers Comprehensive health plans and perks Encouragement of work-life balance for employees Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
