Tiger Analytics is looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture and relevant cloud data technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks, along with deep knowledge of enterprise data warehouse architecture, data modeling, data pipelines, transformation frameworks, data security, and governance. Key Responsibilities Design and define enterprise-scale Data & Analytics architectures leveraging Azure, Snowflake, and DatabricksAssess diverse legacy data platforms, technologies, and application ecosystems and define scalable future-state architecturesDevelop end-to-end data ecosystem architectures covering data ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, analytics, and consumptionApply strong EDW architecture and data modeling principles to design scalable and maintainable data platformsDefine data pipeline and transformation architectures using modern cloud data engineering technologiesEstablish and enforce data security, governance, privacy, and compliance standards across data platformsEnsure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture frameworks, technology standards, and client-specific guidelinesPartner with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutionsAct as a trusted advisor and go-to architect for client stakeholders on data and analytics architecture decisionsLead technical and solutioning discussions with clients, partners, vendors, and internal technology teamsDrive architecture reviews and ensure adherence to established frameworks, standards, design principles, and governance processesIdentify opportunities to accelerate program execution through technology modernization, automation, reusable frameworks, and architectural best practicesProvide technical leadership across globally distributed/onshore-offshore teams and guide engineering teams in implementing the target architecture Requirements 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years in data architecture, solution architecture, or related rolesStrong hands-on architecture experience with Azure, Snowflake, and DatabricksStrong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) architecture and modern cloud data architecturesStrong knowledge of data modeling principles, including dimensional, relational, and enterprise data modelingStrong experience designing data pipelines, data integration, and transformation solutionsStrong understanding of data security, governance, privacy, metadata, and complianceExperience assessing legacy data platforms and architectures and defining modernized future-state solutionsProven experience designing end-to-end enterprise data ecosystemsStrong experience with solution architecture, technical consulting, and architectural advisory servicesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholdersProven ability to lead architecture and solution discussions with clients, partners, vendors, and technology teamsExperience working within established enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance processes Benefits Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
