About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solution Architect - Finance & Accounting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role is focused on designing scalable Finance & Accounting service delivery solutions that align with client needs and operating objectives. The ideal candidate will translate complex requirements into practical delivery models, governance structures, and process improvements that support strong execution and efficiency. This position will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders on competitive pursuits, solution design, and executive-level presentations.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Finance & Accounting service delivery solutions
- Assess client requirements and translate them into scalable operating models
- Develop service delivery strategies leveraging various delivery models
- Design organizational and governance structures for solutions
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations or related fields
- 3+ years of experience designing F&A outsourcing solutions
- Experience in large-scale RFP responses and competitive pursuits
- Strong understanding of F&A process areas and operating models
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong business writing and executive presentation skills

Pay
$130,000 – $180,000 annually
