The Senior Solution Architect role serves as a senior technical resource responsible for overseeing technical and architectural design on multiple projects. This position ensures successful delivery of complex MDM solutions, manages customer expectations, and coordinates with cross-functional teams. The role significantly impacts how the organization delivers scalable, integrated, and effective data management solutions to its clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall oversight on technical and architectural designs for projects
- Leverage expertise in the platform''s capabilities to deliver professional services engagements
- Serve as the senior technical resource with comprehensive understanding of technologies, integration, and MDM
- Operate with minimal guidance in daily tasks and receive high-level direction for new assignments
- Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices
- Proactively manage customer expectations regarding platform capabilities
- Engage in complex, global, multi-domain projects and support multiple engagements concurrently
- Provide infrastructure and platform oversight
- Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Success, DevOps, and Engineering teams
- Develop trusted relationships with customer and partner resources
- Act as the primary technical representative to customers
- Communicate effectively with executive-level audiences adapting to various presentation formats
- Apply advanced knowledge of design patterns in MDM and program-level architecture
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 8 years experience delivering moderate to complex technology solutions in a technology or professional services organization
- Extensive experience in technology implementations and progressive delivery
- Proven leadership in enterprise-level projects within professional services
- Deep knowledge of MDM principles, business use cases, capabilities, and value realization
- Strong background in architectural design including integration approaches
- Experience supporting multiple customer projects with onshore and offshore teams
- Application of advanced analytics business use cases
- Proficiency in Object Oriented software design and development using Java
- At least 5 years of experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud delivery models
- Minimum 4 years of experience with MDM platforms and large-scale implementations
- Experience in business process and governance including frameworks, policies, and oversight mechanisms
- Completion of at least 2 MDM implementations
Pay
Salary range: $202,009.66 - $207,009.66 per year
