Senior Solution Architect

Cognite is seeking an AI Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on developing and deploying machine learning models to support industrial applications.

About the role

The AI Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to develop innovative solutions that leverage AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability
• Document code and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with Python and TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Keras
• Experience with database systems and SQL
