About the role
The Vertical Enablement Team Lead will report to the Customer Success Management (CSM) Lead and will be responsible for leading and participating in a team of industry subject matter experts (SMEs).
Responsibilities
- Leading and participating in a team of industry SMEs to support Client Partners, sales, and marketing staff.
- Create and deliver proper messaging and solutions that correctly speak to the customer and their vertical.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and issues facing the industry to help identify unmet customer and market needs.
- Create and deliver a training curriculum to the PO team and organization to ensure vertical knowledge is built across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience organizing training initiatives for departments within the company.
- Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred.
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively mentor and train more junior team members.
- Able to use data to improve a team’s operational efficiency.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
