Pritchard & Abbott is seeking a Senior Software Support Analyst to join their IT department.
Responsibilities
- Leading legislative change implementations
- Managing support tickets
- Collaborating with development teams to test and track bugs
- Drafting release notes and client documentation
- Maintaining Crystal Reports for Texas Property Tax Division forms
Requirements
- Advanced technical proficiency in website management and application support
- Strong SQL skills
- Clear communication abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Knowledge of mass appraisal processes, real estate, or property tax
Qualifications
- RPA, RTA, or CTA certification (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant support experience
- High school diploma (bachelor’s preferred)
- Hands-on experience in SQL, data management, CAMA software, or Crystal Reports a plus
Skills
- Property tax processes, including familiarity with CAMA or tax solutions
- Website management and application support
- SQL skills
- Clear communication abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Mass appraisal processes, real estate, or property tax knowledge
