About the role
As a Senior Software Release Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing the value delivered to our customers through the timely release of innovative, reliable, secure, and user-focused software.
Responsibilities
- Positively impacting patient lives by supporting innovative, multi-generational medical device software and helping shape the future of healthcare
- Driving release strategy and execution across complex, multi-team environments, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and business priorities
- Collaborating with global engineering teams and cross-functional partners, enabling key trade-off decisions and fostering a high-efficiency development environment
- Serving as a liaison between multiple global development teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of software releases across the PET product portfolio and broader Agile Release Train
- Partnering with senior leadership to navigate risks, trade-offs, and delivery timelines across the release lifecycle
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to champion a strong customer experience mindset
- Monitoring operational trends and ensuring timely resolution of high-impact field issues
- Leveraging data insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement in processes and overall customer outcomes
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in software development and/or software project management, preferably in a regulated environment
- Experience within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred
- Effectively managing project risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations across complex initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in medical device software development or other regulated industries (preferred)
- Operating at a program or release leadership level, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Coordination, communication, and alignment across cross-functional teams and organizational boundaries
- Solving complex problems through a customer-centric approach, leveraging collaboration and effective communication
- Delivering complex, cross-functional programs within a global, matrixed environment with a proven track record of success

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $143,900 - $197,868. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
