About the Opportunity
The Senior Software Recruiting Partner plays a strategic role in identifying and hiring technical talent for software engineering teams focused on autonomy, fullstack development, and marketplace platforms. This position partners with engineering leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies, ensuring the growth of skilled teams essential for advancing the organization’s autonomous flight systems and customer-facing software. The role contributes significantly to the organization’s ability to innovate and scale its technology capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining rigorous standards for technical excellence.
- Design and execute sourcing and talent engagement strategies to attract exceptional software engineering candidates.
- Advise executives and hiring managers using market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance hiring outcomes by improving assessment quality and streamlining recruiting processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting practices and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven success partnering with senior engineering leaders on hiring strategies for technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of the software engineering talent market and ability to identify candidates who enhance team performance.
- Excellent skills in sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing at multiple organizational levels.
- Solid business acumen, communication abilities, prioritization skills, and a data-informed decision-making approach.
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and commitment to building diverse, high-performing teams.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
