Senior Software QA

Job Description

Work directly with Developers, Test Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Program Managers to ensure quality development and quality of our applications and platforms.
Generate test reports that communicate test results, concerns, and project status with an emphasis on project risk, including defect rates to the product management team.
Lead the script failure analysis and drive resolution.
Facilitate bug triage/issues root cause analysis and mapping to associated requirements in source of record.
Lead on data planning and ticket management support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience in preparing the test strategy, test plans, test estimation, and test environment design
• Strong manual and functional testing skills
• Experience with Test Management tools like ALM, Xray
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle DB and SQL server
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Experience working in the offshore-onshore model
• Experience in Web, API automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, REST-Assured, Postman, Cypress using programming languages Core Java, C#, and Java scripting
