About the role

Responsibilities
- Run the software release process end to end, coordinating across engineering while letting the technical calls stay with the engineers who own them.
- Manage on-call rotations and other recurring assignments, including swaps, coverage gaps, and fair distribution.
- Own account and access management across SaaS tools, internal systems, and cloud IAM, including provisioning for new hires and clean deprovisioning for departures.
- Own vendor and third-party relationships, including renewals of existing SaaS subscriptions and maintaining escalation contacts.
- Triage incoming support tickets, resolve what can be handled at the operations level, and act as the liaison between Support and Engineering for everything that needs deeper judgment.
- Take on onboarding and offboarding logistics, license and seat tracking, cloud cost stewardship, access reviews, internal tools administration (Jira, GitHub, Slack), runbook upkeep, incident coordination, procurement liaison, and team health reporting.
