Responsibilities

• Deliver data-dense interfaces where comp teams explore benchmarks, price roles, and make high-stakes decisions with confidence
• Architect code that scales with the product, and set the bar for craft: performance, interaction quality, and accessibility
• Drive technical strategy and held accountable for delivering outcomes, not just plans or implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
• You have empathy for compensation teams and understand the challenges involved in pricing an employees’ pay
• Strong judgement in prioritization; you understand that there is as much value in what you descope as through what you ship
• Track record of great communication; you bring clarity to the most ambiguous and high-stakes problems
• You think and work holistically, taking a systemic lens to technical decisions
• You act as a force multiplier, creating reusable patterns, abstractions, or systems that extend being your own output
• You invest meaningfully in developing the engineers around you through coaching, mentorship, and feedback
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and ship thoughtful solutions without over-engineering

Pay

Targeted cash compensation for this role: P4: $195,500 - $264,500
