Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of software development experience with Java, C++, or Scala
- 4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in regulated industries
- Proven track record in developing large-scale, distributed systems
- Experience with agile methodologies and best practices in code quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
