Senior Software Engineer, White Label Platform

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $166,900 – $230,900 annually.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that align with business goals
• Design and maintain self-service tools to enhance the investor experience
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions to improve workflows
• Develop scalable, reliable systems for internal users and external investors
• Ensure the security, performance, and availability of critical platforms
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deploying high-quality code

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack, distributed systems, and APIs
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and user interfaces
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js, Vercel, and Python
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms and cloud-native application deployment
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and real-time data processing pipelines like Kafka or Spark
