What You'll Do
- Create custom applications and plugins that enable advanced MS&A analysis for our customers, including verification and validation support, visualization, data storage and manipulation, and more.
- Understand our customers’ missions and their capabilities.
- Share qualities such as proactive problem-solving, teamwork, better-than-average programming skills, customer interaction, and an understanding of the M&S Pyramid.
- Tackle hard problems through the understanding and mastery of systems and systems-of-systems.
- Design and implement software architectures.
- Understand the integration and interactions between databases and software applications.
Qualifications/What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of intermediate experience in Software Engineering
- Python and C++ programming skills
- Ability to independently develop creative solutions to complex software engineering problems
Nice to Haves
- Database experience (Postgres)
- Experience with government messaging protocols such as OMS
- Ageile and CI/CD
- Full-Stack Development
- Exposure to AFSIM
- Advanced degree in a STEM field
Education/Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in a math, physics, engineering, or related STEM discipline
- US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
