Senior Software Engineer, Stablecoins

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve smart contracts for custom stablecoin supply
• Build and scale backend services for onboarding and rewards distribution
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement features quarterly
• Drive architectural decisions for backend and smart contract systems
• Write high-quality, well-tested code to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with a focus on backend services
• Experience deploying smart contracts in production (Solidity or similar)
• Comfortable owning services end to end in a service-oriented architecture
• Knowledge of security and correctness in onchain systems (audits, upgradeability)
• Familiar with Golang and onchain fundamentals (preferably DeFi or stablecoin infrastructure)
• Responsible use of generative AI to enhance workflow efficiency and quality

Pay

$186,065 – $218,900 annually
