Senior Software Engineer, R&D

About the role

Take emerging AI technology from research to production: frontier LLMs, browser agents, self-improving harnesses. Full ownership from inception to graduation as a product, feature, or internal workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build orchestration infrastructure for sub-agents and channel adapters
• Productionize cutting-edge AI prototypes (LLM tool chaining, browser agents)
• Take technology from research to customer delivery and P&L ownership
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, observability
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical experts
• Ship daily in a fast-moving team

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in CS or equivalent
• Professional software engineering experience (startup/high-growth preferred)
• Fullstack skills: Python (backend), JavaScript/React (frontend), Docker, Kubernetes
• Hands-on LLM API integration or AI features in production
• Proven track record from ideation to production deployment
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable with non-technical stakeholders (clinical teams)
• Thrives in fast-paced, shipping-focused environment

Pay

$170,000 - $210,000
