The Platform Engineering Team

• Drive the design, implementation, and evolution of core platform infrastructure and shared services.
• Lead mission critical projects to build and scale core platform capabilities.
• Work closely with engineers across the organization to adopt these components to evolve existing products and bring new products to market.
• Influence architecture, technology selections, and trends of the whole company.
• Build and grow your engineering skills in different challenging areas and solve hard technical problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building core product infrastructure and distributed systems that directly support and empower product-facing engineering teams.
• You have seen and contributed to systems operating at a significant technical and organizational scale.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, not just engineers but cross-functional groups like product and design, and an amplitude of end users.

Compensation

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:

• 159,000 - 278,250 USD per year (US Tier 1)
