Responsibilities
- Design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.
- Develop software using languages such as Swift, Objective C, and Kotlin.
- Follow the full design life cycle process including driving efforts in requirements specification, design activities, planning, code reviews, and creating corresponding artifacts.
- Provide complete expert engineering solutions to impactful and high-visibility client initiatives and projects.
- Establish and develop unit, integration, and UI tests, ensuring that applications meet performance, security, accessibility, and usability standards.
- Collaborate and be part of a multi-functional development team.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of combined software development background with experience coding in multiple programming languages such as Swift, Objective C, and Kotlin.
- Proven ability to create and deploy production grade applications to either the iOS or Google Play stores.
- Experience with Native mobile frameworks such as SwiftUI and Android Jetpack, and Cross Platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
- Solid understanding of Mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture.
- Demonstrated understanding of data storage techniques.
- Capable of designing solutions, defining specs, creating documentation, assessing project timelines, and reviewing code.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with, or interest in, working in a services or consulting environment, would be helpful.
- Ability and willingness to contribute to other non-mobile applications using coding languages such as C, C++, C#.
- Understanding and integrating with cloud environments.
- Prior history working in a regulated environment such as medical device, DoD, or Aerospace industries is ideal.
- Professional background in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Production expertise in Object-Oriented design.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is ideal but not required.

Pay
A realistic estimate of starting base salary for this this full-time position is $128,000 to $165,000. The actual salary offered may vary based on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity and other business considerations.
Schedule
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance based bonus based on personal and company factors.
