Responsibilities
- Full stack design and development of Sales Tools
- Leading implementations and providing recommendations for new solutions
- Collaborating with other Engineers and recommending improvements
- Monitoring key performance metrics and ensuring compliance with standards
- Modifying and developing application code independently
- Scheduling and presenting code specifications and programming logic
- Performing local and integration builds, code merges, and defect fixing
- Developing unit tests and test scripts
- Migrating applications to QA and production environments
- Analyzing and reviewing software requirements
- Working on small to large, complex assignments
- Escalating and resolving complex issues
- Preparing and delivering presentations
- Coaching and mentoring less senior team members
- Implementing complex modules and enhancements
- Monitoring application logs and taking appropriate actions
Qualifications
- Presently authorized to work in the U.S. without requirement for work authorization sponsorship
- Resides in one of the approved states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL (excluding Cook County), IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, NV, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI
- Committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
- 3+ years of Java-related development experience
- 3+ years of experience with Java-based frameworks including Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- Experience with RESTful API design and development
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server 12+
- Experience with Spring Boot microservices on AWS
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries including React.js, Vue.js 3, and AngularJS
- Experience with TypeScript, ECMAScript 2018+, and styling technologies including SASS, LESS, and SCSS
- Experience with AWS, containerization using Docker, and build automation and dependency management using Gradle
- Experience with Spring Tool Suite (STS) and/or IntelliJ IDEA or any other IDE (VS Code)
- Experience with Postman (or similar) for REST API testing and WinSCP for secure file transfer
- Experience with Git/GitHub for CI/CD and unit testing frameworks
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
- JIRA, Confluence, and similar tool experience preferred
