Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, Python, Spring Boot, and AWS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements aligned with the Payer domain
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations to enable seamless system communication
Implement best practices for security, reliability, and performance optimization
Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and domain standards
Stay current with evolving technologies and leverage them to enhance development practices
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requires 8+ years of total experience
Strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8 & Java 11) and Python for enterprise backend development
Expertise in building microservices using Spring Boot
Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and cloud native application development
Experience working with Aurora PostgreSQL / PostgreSQL databases
Strong experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and system integrations
Proficiency in secure coding standards, performance tuning, and debugging
Strong domain experience in Healthcare – Payer
Good understanding of Payer workflows, data flows, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Ability to align technical solutions with healthcare business needs
Strong understanding of backend system design, scalability, high availability, and microservices architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
