Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Trusted Content team within the Artificial Intelligence and Autonomy Function reporting to the Engineering Manager, Trusted Content Innovation.
Responsibilities
- Software Development Architect and lifecycle manage AI and agent-based systems for use in Industrial Automation applications
- Follow established coding, testing, debugging procedures
- Collaboration: Work closely with Innovation Systems Engineers to translate application requirements into deliverable software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure efforts are capable to bring ideas to life
- Customer Co-Innovation: Collaborate with customers on external engagements related to Trusted Content
- Other: Contribute to relevant standards and artifacts, Support global marketing or industry events, Support customer or operating segment projects on site

The Essentials
- You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the US. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 25% of time.
The Preferred
- You Might Also Have: Typically requires 5+ years of relevant professional development experience.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Design, train, and evaluate AI models and algorithms
- Interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, C#, C++, or Java
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenClaw)
- Experience with version control systems like GitHub / GitLab and developing Git branching approaches
- Experience with a relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization tools like Grafana
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams
- Understanding of ethics and best practices in AI development
- Experience working with or developing standards or frameworks
