Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Trusted Content team within the Artificial Intelligence and Autonomy Function reporting to the Engineering Manager, Trusted Content Innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Software Development Architect and lifecycle manage AI and agent-based systems for use in Industrial Automation applications
  • Follow established coding, testing, debugging procedures
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Innovation Systems Engineers to translate application requirements into deliverable software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure efforts are capable to bring ideas to life
  • Customer Co-Innovation: Collaborate with customers on external engagements related to Trusted Content
  • Other: Contribute to relevant standards and artifacts, Support global marketing or industry events, Support customer or operating segment projects on site

The Essentials

  • You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 25% of time.

The Preferred

  • You Might Also Have: Typically requires 5+ years of relevant professional development experience.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Design, train, and evaluate AI models and algorithms
  • Interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, C#, C++, or Java
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenClaw)
  • Experience with version control systems like GitHub / GitLab and developing Git branching approaches
  • Experience with a relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization tools like Grafana
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams
  • Understanding of ethics and best practices in AI development
  • Experience working with or developing standards or frameworks
