Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and build features that enhance user adoption
- Create engaging user experiences to improve trial user engagement
- Develop customized onboarding systems for trial users
- Improve feature areas across app modules to reduce churn
- Contribute to shaping the direction of the Growth engineering team and product experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
- 2+ years experience with ReactJS and Typescript
- Previous experience on a Growth engineering team
- Varied experience in full-stack web development
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and PostgreSQL
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Excellent written communication skills
Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
