Your day-to-day:
- Lead the design and implementation of groundbreaking web experiences, translating mobile features to the web with world-class UX
- Drive technical strategy, define engineering standards/best practices, mentor engineers, and establish the technical vision for the web platform
- Manage technical debt, champion code quality, and lead architectural evolution
- Design, modify, and develop backend services that power web products, ensuring systems scale and championing system reliability, performance, and observability
What you’ll bring to the team:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 7+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership
- Deep expertise in React/Next.js/Remix
- Strong experience building REST APIs and backend services with Node.js/TypeScript/Kotlin
- Experience with modern build tools, testing, and CI/CD
- Preferred experience: Experience with A/B testing/experimentation and modern MarTech tools (Segment, Optimizely, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
