About The Role

The Senior Product Manager will lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of initiatives that help members better understand their plan and shop for care. Leveraging modern AI technologies, you’ll deliver personalized experiences that anticipate member needs, such as coverage details or finding cost-effective care. You’ll enhance our search engine, develop intuitive user experiences with educational support, and collaborate across teams to turn insights into impactful product outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Design AI-powered systems and user experiences that help members find cost-effective, high-quality care across various healthcare types and locations
  • Map and understand different member healthcare journeys, supporting them through customization and personalization
  • Identify and leverage data relationships to provide seamless, relevant information to members
  • Analyze user behavior and site usage data to optimize performance and prioritize projects
  • Collaborate with engineering to scope projects, break into user stories, define MVPs, and organize into sprints
  • Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers and product designers to deliver roadmap-aligned features
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and overall operational efficiency within the product team
  • Ensure our system stays up-to-date and compliant with changing insurance regulations

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on search engines or user-facing applications
  • Expertise in designing and building intuitive, AI-powered search and user interfaces with a strong sense of design and user experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis and investigation
  • Foundational knowledge of AI and AI-based development
  • Deep understanding of Agile development and Scrum methodology
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Talent for structuring and clarifying complex, ambiguous situations
  • Ability to break complex problems into MVPs for faster implementation
  • Skilled at translating technical requirements for non-technical business audiences

Pay

The current expected salary range for this position is: $145,000 - $165,000.
