Our Stack

  • Frontend: Single-page TypeScript web app built in React, bundled with Vite and targeted at modern browsers.
  • Testing: Uses Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, and Chromatic for visual regression testing.
  • UI: Updates in near real-time using WebSockets and WebRTC, styled via CSS modules, and performance-tuned with route-based code splitting and skeleton UI.
  • Design System: Built on an extensive Storybook documenting our design system.
  • Back-end: Python/Flask/FastAPI, MongoDB, Postgres, and Elasticsearch stack running on AWS.

Our Teams

  • Agents: Build the UI that puts AI in the hands of Close customers. This includes creating and configuring Close's agents, the conversational interface, and observability surfaces.
  • Communications: Own the UI for one of the most real-time, high-stakes surfaces in Close: calls. This involves building in-call experiences, live transcript and coaching views, power dialing flows, and email, SMS, and scheduling surfaces.
  • CRM: Build the core surfaces that salespeople and agents depend on: lead pages, pipeline views, smart search, activity feeds. Focus on making these interactions fast and delightful while adding AI-powered features.
  • Growth: Own the surfaces that turn someone who just signed up into a paying customer who sticks around. This includes onboarding flows, activation moments, billing and checkout UI, and the import experience.

About You

A seasoned frontend engineer with experience in React, Vue, Svelte, or Solid. You pick the right tool for the problem and can collaborate and self-direct. You've shipped LLM-backed features for real users and have a strong understanding of where AI is trustworthy and where it falls over. You use AI tools in your own workflow to ship faster and write tighter code. You're a builder first, willing to ship early iterations and debug performance regressions in production.
