About the role

Talenteo digitizes human capital at a regional scale by developing next-generation HR solutions and recruitment platforms. We build modern, fluid, and ergonomic web applications to deliver the best possible experience to our users. As an Interface Engineer, you will bridge product design and microservices backend architecture. You will be responsible for developing reactive, modular, and high-performance web interfaces within our Single Page Applications (SPA).

Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development with React: Design and integrate modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React (Hooks).
  • UI/UX & Integration: Develop fluid, adaptive (Responsive Design), and aesthetic interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Material-UI (MUI).
  • State Management & Data Fetching: Structure asynchronous data access and navigation using TanStack libraries (React Query, Router).
  • Microservices Integration: Connect interfaces to backend microservices via REST API consumption.
  • Quality & Testing: Write automated unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library to ensure deliverable stability.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in developing complex, high-traffic web applications.
  • Technical Stack:
    • Core: JavaScript/TypeScript & React (Hooks).
    • UI: HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design & MUI (Material UI).
    • State & Data: TanStack libraries (React Query, Router).
    • Architecture: Single Page Application (SPA) & Microservices Integration (REST).
    • Quality: Jest & React Testing Library.

Skills

  • Bonus: Prior experience with SaaS platforms or HR/payroll solutions is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Attention to visual and functional detail, autonomy, pragmatism, and excellent collaboration with product and backend teams.
