Responsibilities

Design and scale robust backend APIs and data pipelines using Python and Go to process massive commercial contract volumes.
Arcitect agentic AI systems and structured extraction pipelines that turn chaotic PDFs and emails into reliable, production-ready data.
Own end-to-end product features across the full stack, from sophisticated data orchestration to clean, intuitive user workflows in React.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of engineering experience, with a proven track record as a core contributor at high-growth startups or early technical leadership.
Hands-on expertise deploying production AI/LLM systems, specifically focusing on structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation, or complex agent orchestration.
Strong business curiosity and technical judgment, effectively translating messy real-world logistics into elegant, high-performance code and pragmatic engineering trade-offs.

Qualifications

Experience with Python and Go.
Knowledge of structured data processing and AI/ML techniques.
