Senior Software Engineer - Back End

About the role

Infinite Convergence Solutions is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer (Back-end) to join the NetSfere Enterprise team. This team is dedicated to transforming how businesses communicate and collaborate through their industry-leading cloud-based platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, secure, and efficient software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
• Work on cutting-edge technologies and tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform
• Solve complex technical and business challenges to enhance team collaboration and productivity
• Maintain and improve the platform's security features, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, databases, networks, and algorithms
• Good knowledge of information security concepts
• Experience with Java, C++, PHP, or similar languages
• Experience developing web services and network APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms like OpenStack and AWS
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and scripting languages
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about solving technical and business challenges
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
• Experience with testing methodologies such as TDD and BDD
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with frameworks like Angular and React
• Experience with Apache Kafka
