Senior Software Engineer

Zaymo optimizes e-commerce emails. We were the first in the world to make emails interactive and we are now on the frontier of AI email personalization, email testing, and email generation.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-time SWE experience
• Strong individual contributor skills, especially in React/Typescript
• Ability and willingness to work in-person in Lehi, UT
• Preferred: 6-8 years of full stack experience at early-stage startups (ideally owning a product / feature 0→1), stats and data engineering background, strong side projects, bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, positive attitude, love for building, and always learning

Company Culture

• We review your materials (application, resume, past projects, GitHub).
• We do a 20-minute intro call over Zoom to make sure we’re on the same page.
• We do a 60 minute systems design session talking through one of our current roadmap projects.
• We give you a short take home (1-2 hours) to build something related to our design discussion.
• We do an on-site in-person to meet the team and talk through what you built.
• We give you a decision within a week.
