Job Description For PHP Developer Develop and maintain core backend services for the Time Tracking Application using PHP (Laravel/Symfony).Design and implement APIs that integrate with payroll, HR, and project management systems.Optimize database queries and schema (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for high performance and scalability.Collaborate with UX designers to ensure the application is intuitive and accessible for all users.Implement secure authentication and role-based access controls to protect sensitive employee data.Work closely with QA engineers to ensure robust test coverage and high-quality releases.Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions to shape the future of the platform. Required Skills For T3: 3–5 years of professional experience in PHP development, ideally with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.For T2: 5-8 years of professional experience in PHP development, ideally with frameworks like Laravel or SymfonyStrong understanding of RESTful API design and integration best practices.Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization techniques.Familiarity with JavaScript (Vue.js/React) for front-end integration is a plus.Knowledge of secure coding practices and data privacy compliance (GDPR, SOC 2).A problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for building products that make a real difference.
