What You’ll Be Working On
- Build fullstack product workflows for Alamo, our internal MES/ERP system.
- Build software that helps architects design, configure, and refine homes from concept through production.
- Build tools that help the real estate team evaluate land, identify developable opportunities, and understand project feasibility.
- Design and implement production-grade frontend experiences using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui.
- Build backend services and APIs using NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, and shared Zod contracts.
- Model complex operational domains including parts, inventory, production, purchasing, quality, work orders, real estate, design systems, and factory workflows.
- Partner directly with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, design, real estate, and operations teams to turn messy real-world processes into clear, reliable software.
- Own features from discovery through implementation, rollout, iteration, and long-term maintenance.
- Help establish engineering patterns for a system that will scale from early internal tooling into mission-critical infrastructure.
- Improve system reliability, observability, performance, security, and developer experience.
